Workshops running daily at 10am, 12pm and 2pm
School’s out! And to celebrate the mid-year break, the Gold Coast’s favourite shopping, dining, entertainment and community hub Robina Town Centre is bringing the great outdoors inside, launching a brand new school holiday series called The Greenhouse.
Kicking off from Saturday 30th June, the youngest of tree huggers are set to ‘go green’ for two weeks until Sunday 15th July, with a gorgeous, nature-inspired wonderland popping up on Ground Level outside Cotton On Mega and Kathmandu.
Adorned with lush foliage, cascading plants and an abundance of garden-inspired goodies, The Greenhouse will host daily workshops for children aged between 4 and 12 years old, inspiring and educating them about the importance of caring for our environment through exciting and stimulating activities.
From creating DIY sprout jars and adorable mini rabbit gardens, to learning the craft of nature weaving and how to seed a sustainable patch at home, little nature lovers will be inspired to love and look after their local ecosystem. The Greenhouse workshops will run at 11am and 1pm daily at a small cost of $5 per child, per session. Bookings are essential, so round up your mum squad and reserve your child’s spot before spaces fill up.
The pop-up green space will also house a charming reading library, colouring in stations and playful lawn games, which will be available for school holidaymakers to enjoy all day long for the two week period.
