Surf World Gold Coast is Queensland's only surfing museum. The exhibition includes an extensive collection of surf boards highlighting the evolution of design and technology from the early 1930s to today, amazing photography depicting early surf scenes, art work including surf movie posters and album covers, cinematography and other memorabilia.
Surf World is located on the 1st Floor, 35 Tomewin St, Currumbin (opposite Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary). It is open daily from 10am to 5pm, admission fees $9 adults, $5 children/concession, $25 family. |
