Adventure Parc started in France twelve years ago when Denis Payan used military commando training to create a playground for adults and children. The concept proved very popular. The park at Mt Tamborine is his twenty-second while many have copied his idea.
The first Australian Adventure Parc opened on the unspoilt hills adjacent to Thunderbird Park at North Tamborine in April 2007. The ecologically friendly park involves four adventure courses.

Adults can take it to the top on the Himalayan bridge or catch the flying fox. Play jungle games through a maze of tunnels, manoeuvre on suspended trunks or jump like Tarzan.
Supplied harnesses are worn on the green, red and black courses. Qualified supervisors guide adventurers to ensure safety.
