The property is an absolute beachfront duplex, uniquely divided between upper and lower levels. Available for rent is the upper of the two apartments, complete with vaulted ceilings, and spectacular views. You can watch the whales and dolphins from the full spacious balcony or enjoy an evening BBQ listening to the surf.

In the Burleigh Views Beach House the kitchen/ dining/ living areas, master bedroom and second bedroom are all air-conditioned, for your comfort.
There is also a garage with automatic opener for ease of entry, as well as additional driveway parking.
The living area is spacious and comfortable with a 104cm plasma television offering Foxtel, DVD and VCR. Unlimited broadband access via modem is provided free of charge should you wish to bring your computer.
The Burleigh Views Beach House has two comfortable bedrooms - one with King size bed with ensuite and walk in robe, one with queen size bed. A futon bed in the main living area can be opened to a double bed at night, so the house can comfortably accommodate 6 persons.
There are 2 bathrooms including two showers, and a bathtub for the kiddies. There is also an outdoor shower area for convenience after a day at the beach.
For recreation two mountain bikes with helmets, two boogie boards, two tennis racquets, tennis balls and fishing rods are provided for your pleasure.
